Christine is a director and co-owner of AQA-Scientific since we started in 2016. She leads the beverage division of the business and comes with over 30 years of previous experience in the industry. Christine held a position as BDM at Hach which involved successfully sealing and managing large accounts with big ticket items for long-cycle times. She comes from a leading sales position with a strong technical background. She is an expert in building long standing relationships with customers and companies in the beverage sector and has maintained these along with the new business she has built.  Christine specializes in beverage analysis, process and laboratory instrumentation and has many years’ experience selling and servicing these instruments. Vanessa is a director and co-owner of AQA-Scientific since we started in 2016. She heads up and leads the environmental division as well as handles local and international external sales. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry Vanessa strives for success as well as personalized service with a wide portfolio of knowledge and experience. Her experience includes but is not limited to internal sales; distribution networks; international negotiations; direct selling and support; applications support and dealing with international suppliers. She prides herself on a personalized and thorough sales, service and training in the industry. Vanessa specializes in the following- but is always learning and expanding her database- water analysis equipment; elemental analysis; flow injection and discrete analysis; general sales; support and training; turn key lab projects and the African market. Riana joined our team in 2018 and has proved an invaluable additional to the environmental division at AQA-Scientific. Riana heads up our internal sales and is the first point of contact for quoting, tendering and technical support. With experience in laboratory dating back to 1978 Riana knows the ins and outs of the industry and strives for efficient service and short response time. She has vast knowledge of the consumables and instrumentation used in the environmental sector and can assist with complex trouble shooting and sourcing. Debbie joined us in 2017 and has been operating at the front desk ever since. Debbie handles any admin/ delivery and accounts queries at AQA-Scientific. She is the main point of contact for any of these queries on both the customer and supplier side of the business. Debbie has over 12 years’ experience in admin and accounts positions and this has shown in the role she plays here. Susan is Ugandan and with over 15 years’ work experience as environment sociologist and trade development practitioner across 8 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. She is an expert and enthusiast of the ‘Green Economy’ concept, and familiar with the production of plant based extracts for use in the food, cosmetic and medicinal industries. Susan has worked extensively in the agriculture, water and forestry sectors, with both government and private sector. She is currently the AQA Uganda Office Manager and with overall responsibility for the administrative operations, sales and aftersales services, and training in laboratory management. Craig CJ Khumalo is a Field Service Engineer with significant experience providing installation, support, and repairs for a wide variety of electrical, electronic and pneumatic instruments. Knowledgeable technician with a background not only in maintenance and operation of equipment but also in design, testing, and analysis. Experienced in his field and a history of working closely and effectively with colleagues to develop and test innovative concepts. He is a skilled communicator who can translate complicated technical terms into understandable reports for the general public.
